Shipping Policy

  • Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, 08pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 
  • Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or private company. US based Posts' delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. 

  • For customers buying our retail products, Free Delivery on orders over $55 within Florida, United States. 

  • For customers buying our retail products, Free Delivery on orders over $75 outside of Florida and within the United States. 

  • Flat rate fee of $6 applies to orders under $75 within Florida, US.

  • Flat rate fee of $10 applies to orders under $75 outside of Florida but within the US.

  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original seals, tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@bottiviandistributors.com to obtain a return confirmation. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase / the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if your returning reason is due to damaged product upon arrival. However, return shipping charges will be paid by customer if reason for return is other than damage. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

     ●     A restocking fee, ranging $50 and up to $100, will be charged for all wholesale returns.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
